Mark Ross is one of Canada's foremost executive search consultants. Over 20 plus years he has conducted hundreds of searches helping Canadian and international companies identify and attract exceptional talent to their teams. Following many years as a senior partner at some of the world's largest global search firms, Mark founded Ross & Co, a boutique recruitment firm focused on providing exceptional search strategy and execution services to clients.
Before launching a career in executive search, Mark practiced international trade law representing Canadian and global clients in Ottawa, Washington and Geneva on GATT and NAFTA related matters. He established an international pharmaceutical association and represented clients in the steel, food and resources sectors at the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. Mark holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto and a JD/LL.B from the University of British Columbia.
